TH511 is polycarboxylate ether-based superplasticizer (PCE). It is developed for applications in the ready mixed concretes. Its addition to concrete or mortar allows the huge reduction of the water to cement ratio, drastically improves the workability and performance of the mixture, and enables the production of self-consolidating concrete and high performance concrete.
The normal dosage of TH511 is between 0.2% and 0.6% by cement (cementitious material) weight. Dosages outside this range are permissible subject to trial mixes.
Since dosage affects the performance a lot, so please add our product using precise metering device. The maximum effect is achieved when diluted into concentration 10%-20%.
